Ranveer Singh is the new rapper in town – watch video

Looks like Ranveer Singh is taking his role as a rapper too seriously for an advertisement of Jack and Jones. As he brought "Don't Hold Back 2.0", he proved himself how the job is done. 

It was not the first time in the history where a Bollywood actor has done rap. The first man who brought "Desi Rap/Hip Hop" to Bollywood was Akshay Kumar. As he introduced Bohemia in Bollywood. In 2009, Akshay Kumar with the help of Bohemia in terms of lyrics did rap on one of the songs of "Chandni Chowk to China". 

Well, talking about Ranveer Singh in "Don't Hold Back 2.0", he is seen rapping like a boss and he nails it like a Lion! He made it sure that his looks would look scary and bold. This song was second version of "Don't Hold Back". We can expect more of these stuffs from him in the future. 

There are two logos used on Ranveer Singh's T-shirt. The logo at the top is of Bohemia's KDM (Kali Denali Music) logo and the second logo at the bottom is of Tupac Shakur. 

 According to Mumbai Mirror, the music video was shot in a parking lot, which was converted into a set. “It’s an underground genre popular with youngsters. The makers and the rappers are hoping that it will find huge support and visibility with Ranveer’s efforts. Ranveer personally sifted through thousands of entries in February to pick out the four rappers and has been working with them since March. He also sat in on the edits and contributed with his creative inputs. He’s now being regarded as the co-creator.”
